About Milestone Fitness
Most corporate wellness programs look great in a benefits deck and collect dust everywhere else. Generic apps nobody opens. Gym reimbursements that go unused. Annual health challenges that peak in January and die by February.
Milestone Fitness was built to be different. We partner with companies who are done treating wellness as a checkbox and ready to treat it as a competitive advantage. What we deliver isn't a platform, rather a structured, coach-led program designed around the real demands of the modern workforce (the early meetings, the back-to-back sprints, the travel, the pressure) and built to produce measurable results for the people living inside it.
Every program we run is grounded in 30 years of applied fitness experience across powerlifting, ultramarathon running, 100+ lb weight loss , HIIT, MMA, yoga, and recovery and combined with over 15 years inside high-growth technology companies at the sales and leadership level. That intersection is what makes Milestone different. We don't just understand exercise science. We understand what it actually feels like to be your employee.
We offer three program tiers from a low-commitment 90-Day Pilot all the way to high-touch 1:1 Performance Coaching so the engagement fits your team size, your culture, and your goals. Every tier is delivered with the same standard: real coaching, real accountability, and real outcomes.

I know what burnout looks like from the inside and I know how directly physical health affects the output, focus, and resilience of the people running these companies.
That's why I built Milestone Fitness.
Outside of work I’ve spent my time studying and applying almost every major approach to fitness and performance (powerlifting, endurance athletics, HIIT, MMA, yoga, nutrition, and recovery). I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, former powerlifter, and an ultramarathon finisher. The combination of that fitness depth and direct corporate experience is what makes this program different from anything a platform can offer.
I've been the person in the meeting at 7AM who hasn't slept, hasn't eaten well, and is running on cortisol. I've also been the person who fixed it and watched it change everything. That's the solution I want to build for your team.
